Custom test engineering and fixtures
Custom test fixtures for measurements that standard hardware cannot handle.
For R&D teams and testing laboratories: fixtures developed around your specimen, measurement goal and existing equipment. I handle the concept, design, manufacture and agreed checks.

Featured project · Danone
A custom fixture for rotational opening measurement.
No suitable standard fixture could reproduce the package’s opening movement. I developed a mechanism that converts the testing machine’s linear pull into controlled rotation and usable torque, angle and opening-energy data.
Customer outcome: Danone confirmed that it is happy with the fixture.
How I can help
Bring the measurement problem, not a finished drawing.
Define the test
Clarify the specimen, machine, required result, limits and practical constraints.
Design and build
Develop the measurement principle, calculations, interfaces, CAD and manufactured hardware.
Check and hand over
Functionally test the solution, adjust it and deliver the agreed instructions, documentation or training.
More engineering work
Selected projects built and tested in practice.

Measuring movement with a wire and encoder.
A working prototype developed through wheel, wire and encoder trials, with forward and return measurements over long travel.

Service adapter systems
A compact set designed for more consistent field work and produced as repeatable hardware.
Paweł Gillner · CNCGIG
Measurement experience, built into the hardware.
I combine more than ten years with material-testing systems and hands-on CNC manufacturing. That helps me connect the fixture, the machine and the result you need. Polish, English or German.

CNCGIG’s own product · D01
The same approach, made for your desk.
Alongside customer engineering work, I develop CNCGIG’s own small-batch products. D01 is a serialised aluminium wireless charging stand with visible resin-protected electronics and optional company-logo engraving.
Have an unusual test objective?
Describe what you need to measure.
A short description is enough to start. If the machine, force range or test method is not yet clear, I can help identify the details needed next.
